A weekly yoga practise for everybody.
These are small, friendly and supportive classes.
During these classes, we focus on stretches and practising static and flowing traditional yoga poses to develop strength, balance and flexibility. Every class includes some breathwork (pranayama) with a restoring relaxation (savasana) to promote physical and mental well-being.

Menopause Yoga workshop
February dates:
Sunday 2.2.25 - Shropshire @ Chetwynd Deer Park Lode, Newport
Sunday 9.2.25 - Staffordshire @ Woodseaves Village Hall
Time (both workshops): 10.30am - 1.30pm
A monthly 3 hour workshop designed for women at all stages of menopause, including perimenopause and post menopause. If you are a woman of 45 years+, or if you are experiencing early menopausal symptoms due to surgery, illness or other reasons, this workshop is for you!
This workshop will include the chance to share our lived experiences of the vast and varied symptoms of perimenopause and menopause within the supportive atmosphere of a women's circle, helping you to appreciate that you are not alone. We will explore how elements of yoga practise can support you through your menopause journey and beyond. You will learn how you can potentially manage and alleviate symptoms through practising breathwork, gentle physical stretches and poses, restorative practise and relaxation techniques.
Practises from within traditional yoga teachings are proven to have a positive effect on some of the most common symptoms of menopause. They can reduce stress and inflammation and may help with anxiety, hot flushes, joint and muscle pain. Yoga may also help with sleep, digestion, fatigue, mood and general mental well-being, and may be beneficial for physical health by helping you develop better posture, balance and muscle tone.
